Caitlin Hardy is the Managing Director of Ness Sea Consulting, specializing in maritime and defense innovation. A naval architect by training, she began her career with a strong focus on workboats and barges/ATBs first at Crowley and then at Foss & TOTE focused on new vessel construction. She has held leadership roles at Holland America Group and most recently as President of Kongsberg Discovery US heavily supporting US government contracts before Launching her flim

Jan Flores is a Registered Professional Engineer bringing over 30 years of expertise in the maritime industry, including specialized marine transportation, tankers, and complex offshore projects. As a prominent industry leader in ship energy efficiency and alternative fuels, he contributes to various industry working groups. Jan has extensive prior ATB experience at OSG and Crowley. Jan is a section Vice-chair of SNAME and a member of the ABS Technical Committee.

Bo Jardine is the CEO and co-founder of Eureka Naval Craft, which specializes in next-generation naval defense and coast guard vessels. He is also the founder of 1852 Solutions Ltd, an advisory firm for the energy, maritime, and defense sectors. Bo has over 20 years of leadership experience in offshore energy and maritime industries, notably at Shell and BG Group. Bo is an Associate Fellow of the Nautical Institute, and a member of SNAME.
